AltSpace Therapies

AltSpace Therapies is inclusive of all identities and expressions of gender, sexuality and relationship structures. We advocate for individuals likely to experience struggles due to being invisible in wider culture, assumed not to exist, or treated with suspicion. Our mission is to provide an emotionally and physically safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community.

AltSpace Therapies acknowledges the Gubbi Gubbi and the Jinibara people, who are the traditional custodians of the land upon which we live and work. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge that it always was, and always will, be Aboriginal Land.

AltSpace Therapies acknowledge that polyamory and non-monogamy are quickly becoming more regular parts of the cultural conversation about love, intimacy, and relationships. Our mission is to provide education, support and advocacy for the members of community exploring the non-traditional relationship and family structures.
